The company Quadrant Arhitectura si Design-srl, specializes in the design of architecture, interior design and real estate photography. One of our architects is part of Airbnb Plus' professional real estate photography and home inspection group. This Airbnb Plus service has shown that professional rental home presentations have had a 73% success rate and + 4.8 ratings.
Our fee is differentiated depending on the size of the building, the number of rooms, the number of photos and the option to survey the entire space with the arrangement of the furniture. If the interior survey of the space is desired, all the rooms will be measured taking into account the arrangement of the furniture and a presentation plan will be drawn up. Thus, your client will have a clear picture of the space rented / sold.
We guarantee the confidentiality of the address of the property, the name of the owner and the photos taken in the locations of our clients and will not be made public, except with their express consent. The collaboration between the parties will be established by Contract. To take the photos, the following will be used: 24 MP Full Frame Camera, 7-14 mm Lens, 14-42 mm Lens, 45-175mm Lens, Tripod. Photos will be edited in Lightroom or Photoshop.
For our fee, the tax invoice with VAT included will be issued.
