I am a design architect with the right to sign, a member of the Romanian Order of Architects, with over 6 years of experience. My knowledge and skills as an architect provide the necessary expertise for any project from an architectural, legal and urban point of view.

Through continuous multidisciplinary training, I manage to ensure that the services offered in architecture are at the highest standards of exigency. Among these are the following:

- consultations regarding the acquisition of a land or a house;

- design of new constructions, such as:

     - individual dwellings;

     - collective housing;

     - socio-cultural;

     - offices and administrative activities;

     - trade and public catering;

     - tourism;

     - sports and leisure activities;

     - interventions on existing constructions, with or without framing as a historical monument - rehabilitation, remodeling, restoration, conservation;

     - interior design;

     - exterior design;

     - professional real estate photography;

     - preparation of a complete file of a real estate / location in order to sell or rent it;

     - real estate management: the current and special follow-up of the behavior in operation of the constructions, the intervention on the damages when it is the case, the management of the adequate functioning of the space;
